Our new puppy was delivered on schedule. He was well taken care of during his trip. The driver stayed in contact throughout the trip, updating us with his ETA throughout the day. Overall, we were very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone needing a pup delivered.

Nick and Coty were great. Echo, now Moose was delivered on time and we'll cared for. The drivers communicated with us the night before and on the morning of delivery. I would definitely recommend this company.!

Legacy Pet Services could not have been more careful and professional with the transportation of our puppy who arrived clean, healthy and excited to join our family. The drivers responded to texts and gave us updates along the way. It eased our mind to know that our puppy was getting better care with Legacy's transportation than if we were to drive out and pick her up ourselves.

Kyle and Coty were so nice, answering all my questions; I shared that I was nervous because I’d never had a pet; and Coty shared everything that worked for him personally and went above and beyond with the communication and sharing pics. Kyle was who delivered and was also so nice and also shared helpful information and even answered my call after he had left, very grateful for excellent service.

I am so glad the breeder chose this transportation company to bring our baby Jewel to us. I had read the reviews about another company and asked the breeder if he had an alternative. He told me about Legacy Pet Services and I am so glad he chose them. Cody called me beforehand to give me a run down of time and then he took his time and went into detail about what to expect for the first few days. He told me about the ways to know that my puppy was well adjusted to her environment and what I could do to make her comfortable. He let me know that she had been checked out by their vet and received her rabies vaccine. Cody and his partner even arrived ahead of schedule. He called me to let me know and I waited outside for them. Cody introduced himself and while he was waiting for me to sign paperwork and love on my sweet girl, he took time to replenish the water of the other dogs he was transporting. He was very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend this company for puppy transport. I will ask the breeder to use them again when our Jewel is ready for her brother. I am so grateful for their care and compassion because my nerves were a wreck having a puppy transported a hundred of miles away. Cody’s professionalism put me at ease.

Had an amazing experience using Legacy Pet Services. From the moment of booking till delivery their communication was excellent. Coty/Kyle brought us our 12 week old golden retriever puppy. They sent me multiple updates throughout the drive, and spent some time after the trip going over the vaccination paperwork as well as tips&tricks for our puppy. Overall extremely satisfied with my experience and would recommend their services.

The delivery service was outstanding. Very easy to set up and schedule. We had clear communication throughout the process. In fact, we had regular updates from very caring drivers along the route when weather threatened to cause traffic. When they arrived, the staff were friendly, considerate, helpful, and genuinely cared about their work. After such a good experience, I wouldn’t go with anyone else.

I recently got a small pup that was transported by Coty and Kyle! The breeder I used did not communicate the transport process with me at all! When legacy pets sent me a message telling me my dog was on its was I was a little skeptical but man did these guys put my mind at ease!!! They personally called me and explained the entire delivery, sent me photos of the dog. Both Discussed and sent me pictures of his medical records and came exactly when they said they would arrive! The dog was being delivered between 4/5 am (since it was OH-NJ) and they even gave me a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival- which was spot on! These guys deliver dogs 24/7 and I have nothing but great things to say about them!! Thank you for taking the time to explain your services and bring us our puppy safely!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

I got my 10 week Golden Retriever puppy delivered from Ohio through Legacy Pet Services. They were so kind and provided me with updates on her arrival date and time. I was also able to keep in touch with the driver during the drive who sent me updates and pictures! I had no worries about her getting to us safely. I’m so glad there is a company like this that saved me from a 10 hour drive and that kept me worry free about our puppy getting to us safely! Would definitely recommend!!

Legacy Pet Services did a wonderful job brining our new puppy home to us. The gentleman who drove him here was very kind to us and sweet with our little guy. We were notified that Coty and Kyle would be dropping our puppy off. Only one gentleman was there. Because our drop off happened about a month ago, I can’t recall his name, but he was extremely nice. By speaking with him, you could tell he really likes his job. He was great keeping us updated on where he was, and what time he’d be arriving. We were notified when he was picked up, and less than 24 hours later he was in our arms. For reference he was driven from Ohio to New York. Our puppy arrived earlier than expected (a bonus) clean and happy. We felt the price was very reasonable for the great service we received. Overall we had a very nice experience with Legacy Pet Services, and we recommend using them for safely bringing your pet home. Thank you.

The pup that was delivered to me from Legacy Pet Services (middle dark brown pup), did an amazing job delivering her to me in a safe and timely manner. I received updates and phone calls on the delivery day and they were even ahead of schedule. Got a puppy last week. Drivers were friendly. Puppy came urine covered, but I'm guessing stopping every 3 hours for them to urinate can't happen.

Transport was fantastic. Driver alerted me to potential arrival time twice during the transport, and arrived on time. The puppies were in excellent shape, and our driver Jay was courteous and asked if there were any questions. Appreciate the way the transport was handled; the only thing I wish could have been changed was the arrival time, to arrive earlier in the day. Thanks!

I had my puppy transported from Ohio to Boston, which is definitely a long trip for a little dog! She was clean and hydrated, obviously a little scared, but overall doing great. The communication with the drivers was perfect and they kept me updated on timing!
